MIDLAND, Mich.----The Dow Chemical Company today announced that Midland, Michigan has been identified as the preferred site for the first full-scale production facility for its revolutionary DOW™ POWERHOUSE™ Solar Shingle, subject to finalizing local, state and federal funding.
